Outdoor Thanksgiving dinner table at Beachwood Villa overlooking the ocean at sunset in Providenciales Turks and Caicos
Why Beachwood

A holiday that actually feels like one

Thanksgiving — both Canadian (October) and American (November) — falls in one of Turks and Caicos's best-kept secrets: shoulder season. The crowds haven't arrived yet. The weather is excellent. And rates haven't yet hit peak holiday pricing.

Beachwood is built for the long-weekend Thanksgiving stay. A private 4-bedroom villa with a 14-foot kitchen island and a circular dining table for ten, positioned to overlook the pool and ocean. A private chef can prepare the full Thanksgiving feast — turkey, sides, the pies. You handle the gratitude.

Daily housekeeping. Concierge planning. A short walk to Babalua Beach for Friday morning's family beach day. The trip you've been meaning to take instead of hosting again.

What's Included

Shoulder season weather

Late October and November in Turks and Caicos: 80°F days, low humidity, gentle trade winds. Some of the year's best Caribbean weather, before the high-season rates kick in.

Both Thanksgivings welcome

Canadian Thanksgiving (early October) and American Thanksgiving (late November) both work beautifully. Tell us your dates and our concierge will plan accordingly.

Common Questions

Things to know

Can you arrange a full Thanksgiving dinner with turkey?

Yes. Our concierge arranges private chefs who specialize in classic American Thanksgiving (turkey, stuffing, sides, traditional pies) or Canadian Thanksgiving variations. Caribbean-fusion takes are also available. Tell us your traditions when you book.

When is American vs. Canadian Thanksgiving?

Canadian Thanksgiving falls on the second Monday of October. American Thanksgiving is the fourth Thursday of November. Beachwood is available for either, with weather equally excellent for both.

What's the weather like in late November?

Late November in Turks and Caicos averages 78–82°F daily highs, 70–73°F nights. Low humidity, calm seas, minimal rainfall. Among the best weather windows of the year — and rates are typically 20–30% lower than December peak.

Are most restaurants open over Thanksgiving?

Yes. Provo's restaurant scene is fully open in November. Many restaurants offer Thanksgiving menus — Coco Bistro, Bay Bistro, Rock House Restaurant, and others. Our concierge can arrange reservations or a chef at the villa, whichever you prefer.

How much should I budget for Thanksgiving at Beachwood?

Thanksgiving falls in late shoulder season — meaningfully more affordable than Christmas/New Year's. Contact our concierge for current rates. Many families find it offers exceptional value vs. peak winter weeks.
