Day 1
Arrive
Eight people landing at Providenciales over the course of the day. Two private transfers from the airport, five minutes each. The villa pre-stocked. Welcome champagne on the terrace. A casual first-night dinner everyone helps with.
Day 2
Babalua morning, pool afternoon
The walk down to Babalua Beach. Snorkeling, swimming, beach picnic. Back at the villa for the pool, lunch on the terrace, slow afternoon.
Day 3
Boat day
Private catamaran charter for the group. Half Moon Bay, Iguana Island, snorkeling at the reef, lunch on the boat. Back at the villa by 5pm for sunset and the first round of drinks.
Day 4
The birthday day
Slow morning. Massages at the villa for whoever wants one. The chef arrives at five. The cake arrives at nine. The fire pit by ten. Bed at 2am, or 3, or whenever.
Day 5
Recovery
Long brunch by the pool. Beach for those with energy, the pool deck for those without. A casual dinner at Coco Bistro or Bay Bistro for whoever wants out of the house. The fire pit again, smaller crew.

Last full day
The morning swim. One more long lunch. Group photo at the pool before the light goes golden. The promise to do this again at someone else's milestone.

How many people can stay at Beachwood for a birthday trip?
Beachwood comfortably sleeps 8 across four ensuite bedrooms (two king beds, two queen beds). For larger groups, additional sleeping arrangements may be possible — please inquire with our concierge. The villa works particularly well for the friends-and-couples mix typical of milestone birthday groups.
Can you arrange a birthday cake and decorations?
Absolutely. Our concierge arranges everything from a simple custom cake to full villa decoration with flowers, candles, balloons, and a curated music setup. Tell us your taste and we'll arrange accordingly. Most guests prefer understated luxury — fresh flowers, candles, the right playlist — over party decor.
Can you arrange a private chef for the birthday dinner?
Yes — this is one of our most-requested services. We work with several private chefs in Provo who can prepare anything from a casual barbecue to a multi-course tasting menu. Tell us your preferences (cuisine, dietary restrictions, the birthday person's favorite dishes) and we'll match you with the right chef and menu.
What's the best time of year for a birthday trip?
December through April offers the most reliable weather. November and May are excellent shoulder months with lower rates. Summer (June-August) is also popular for milestone birthdays — hot but breezy on Beachwood's elevated location, and the trade winds keep evenings perfect.
Can you arrange transportation for the group?
Yes — our concierge can arrange airport transfers, restaurant transfers, and a rental car for the group. Many milestone birthday groups rent two cars for the week so smaller groups can do their own thing.
What kind of activities work for a mixed birthday group?
Boat charters are universally loved — everyone enjoys the day on the water. Beyond that: snorkeling at the Bight Reef, paddleboarding on Long Bay, beach days at Babalua, golf at Provo Golf Club, casino night at one of the resort casinos, and dinners out at Coco Bistro, Bay Bistro, Rock House, or Stelle. Our concierge can curate the full week based on the group's interests.
