Why Beachwood

The holiday week,
without the resort crowd

Christmas and New Year's in Turks and Caicos has become one of the Caribbean's most coveted holiday weeks — and the resorts know it. Booked-out lobbies, packed restaurants, fixed-menu galas. Lovely once. The second time, you start wishing for somewhere quieter.

Beachwood is the answer. A private 4-bedroom modern villa for your family or group, perched on one of the highest points of Providenciales with sweeping views over the North Shore. Daily housekeeping. A private chef on the nights you want one. Babalua Beach a short walk away — and Grace Bay's restaurants minutes away when you're ready for a night out.

Christmas morning happens in your own living room. New Year's Eve happens around your fire pit. The week unfolds at your pace.

Common Questions

Things to know

How far in advance should I book Christmas at Beachwood?

Christmas and New Year's are our most-requested weeks. We recommend booking 9–12 months in advance. Last-minute holiday availability does occasionally open up due to schedule changes — contact our concierge to be added to the waitlist.

Is there a minimum stay over the holiday period?

Yes. Christmas and New Year's stays carry a minimum stay requirement (typically 7 nights). Many guests book the full 14-night Christmas-through-New-Year's window. Contact us for current minimum stay details.

Can you arrange a Christmas tree and decorations?

Absolutely. Our concierge can arrange a Christmas tree, holiday decorations, lights, and seasonal touches throughout the villa before your arrival. Tell us your preferences when you book.

What about Christmas dinner — is a private chef included?

Concierge planning is complimentary. A private chef is arranged on request — typical pricing is per-meal and varies by menu. Most guests book a chef for Christmas Eve dinner, Christmas Day, and New Year's Eve. We'll send a chef list and sample menus.

What's there to do in Provo over the holidays?

Beyond the villa: Boxing Day's Maskanoo Parade along Grace Bay, holiday dining at Coco Bistro, Bay Bistro, and Rock House, beach days at Babalua and Grace Bay, snorkeling and boat trips, in-villa spa, and the New Year's Eve festivities at restaurants and resorts. Our concierge curates the week.
