Beachwood Villa pool terrace at golden hour with palm trees, sun loungers, and a quiet, restful atmosphere — ideal for a babymoon in Providenciales Turks and Caicos
Why Beachwood

A babymoon that's actually restful

Babymoon trips don't always live up to their promise. Crowded resorts, walking that gets exhausting, restaurant reservations, the whole curated-to-impress thing — none of which is what a second-trimester body is asking for.

Beachwood is the opposite. A private villa where the bedroom is forty steps from the pool, the pool is forty steps from the dinner table, and the dinner table can be set by a chef who arrived an hour ago. Babalua Beach is a short, gentle walk from the villa. Grace Bay's restaurants are ten minutes by car when you want them.

The villa is on one of the highest points of Providenciales, so the breezes are constant and the temperatures are bearable even in summer. Air conditioning in every room. Blackout curtains. Hotel-grade mattresses. The kind of trip where you actually nap.

What's Included

A complete experience

i.

No walking required

Bedroom to pool to dining table to fire pit, all on the same level. The bathroom you need at 3am is feet away, not down a resort corridor.

ii.

Private chef, on your terms

Tell us what you're craving — and what you're avoiding. Our chefs accommodate every pregnancy preference, from no-fish-no-soft-cheese to extra protein and ginger tea on demand.

iii.

In-villa spa & prenatal massage

Concierge-arranged prenatal massage at the villa. Yoga or stretching sessions on the terrace. Facial in your bedroom. Spa, but without the hotel hallway.

iv.

Pre-stocked, exactly your way

Your favorite snacks, your decaf, the sparkling water with a slice. Tell us what makes you feel taken care of and we'll have it waiting.

v.

Daily housekeeping

Beds turned, towels refreshed, villa tidied — every day, while you're at the beach or napping by the pool. The luxury of a hotel without the hotel-ness.

vi.

Hospital nearby, just in case

Cheshire Hall Medical Centre is 5 minutes away in Providenciales. We can arrange OB consultations or pre-trip clearance support if needed. Most babymoon couples never think about this — but we have the answer if you do.

A Sample Stay

Five days of actual rest

Day 1

Land, settle, swim

Direct flight to Providenciales. Ten-minute private transfer to the villa. The kitchen pre-stocked, the bed turned down, your favorite playlist on. A slow swim, a long shower, a chef-prepared dinner on the terrace. The trip starts the moment you stop unpacking.

Day 2

Beach, slow

A walk down to Babalua. Coffee on the sand. Snorkeling for the partner who feels like it; floating for the one who doesn't. Lunch at the villa, an afternoon nap, a quiet evening with a movie or the fire pit.

Day 3

Spa day

Prenatal massage at the villa in the morning. Yoga or stretching on the terrace. A long lunch, a long afternoon by the pool. Maybe a sunset walk on the deck. Maybe not.

Day 4

An adventure day, sized right

A gentle catamaran charter to a calm, shallow bay. Floating, not swimming hard. Lunch on the boat. Back at the villa by 4pm for the pool and the slow start to the evening.

Day 5

One more morning

A long breakfast on the terrace. One more swim. The flight isn't until afternoon — no rushing. The trip you'll remember for the rest of pregnancy.

Common Questions

Things to know

Is Turks and Caicos safe for a babymoon?

Yes — Turks and Caicos has excellent medical infrastructure for a Caribbean destination. Cheshire Hall Medical Centre in Providenciales is the main hospital and is 5 minutes from Beachwood. We recommend most couples travel during their second trimester (14–28 weeks), which is the safest and most comfortable window.

What's the best time of year for a babymoon at Beachwood?

December through April offers the most reliable weather — dry, sunny, daytime highs of 78–82°F. May, June, and November are also excellent, slightly hotter with occasional showers.

Can a private chef accommodate pregnancy dietary restrictions?

Absolutely — this is one of the most-requested services for babymoon stays. Our concierge briefs the chef on any restrictions (raw fish, soft cheeses, undercooked meat, certain herbs and teas) and the chef builds the menu accordingly. Most pregnancy-friendly preferences are no problem at all.

How private is the villa? We want to actually rest.

Very private. Beachwood is a single-property villa — you have the entire 5,000 square feet of indoor and outdoor space to yourselves. The villa is set in a quiet residential neighborhood with no shared walls, no resort traffic, no restaurant crowds passing through. Most of the day, the only sound is the wind in the palms.

Do we need all 4 bedrooms? It's just the two of us.

Many babymoon couples book the entire villa precisely because they want the privacy and the space. The unused bedrooms become a yoga room, a meditation space, or simply rooms you don't enter. If you'd rather book a smaller property, contact our concierge — we may be able to recommend one of our partner properties for couples who want a smaller footprint.

Can you arrange OB or prenatal consultations on the island?

Yes, our concierge has relationships with Provo's leading OB-GYN practices and can arrange consultations or check-ins if needed. This is rare for short babymoon stays, but the option exists. Travel insurance covering pregnancy is recommended for all babymoon trips.
